The OK-Rating Institute launched the OK-Score PAsS, (the OK-Score (P)remium (A)uditor(s)’ (S)tatement), a credit-rating system intended to be an addendum to the Management Letter of the Auditors report to enhance and supplement the materials therein.
The OK-Score PAsS is only available through Registered Auditors and can be used, amongst other things, for auditors to assist their clients in securing lower cost credit facilities by establishing their credit worthiness to various classes of lenders and financial institutions.
The OK-Score PAsS is derived from the OK-Score, a rating system used to evaluate the relative strength of companies
as well as to detect fraud and bankruptcy risk. The OK-Score rating is also used for police fraud investigations, curators' bankruptcy- cases, as well as a stock picking instrument and as a distressed securities watchdog.
The OK-Score has been available in the Benelux market since 2003. Its predictive power has been well documented through its ability to identify cases of fraud and bankruptcy, including Enron, Worldcom, Parmalat, Ahold, Landis and many other.

In addition to the predictive power of the rating systems in fraud and bankruptcy cases, its efficacy as a stock picking tool can be viewed by comparing the return on the OK-Score-Aex portfolio versus that of all Dutch Banks at
which summarizes the average return of all Dutch Banks in comparison to the OK-Score AEX-portfolio.
The difference in yield also identifies its power compared to any lenders'credit rating systems.The average difference in those seven years is more than 100%, so should speak for itself.
